OVER 100 YEARS OF SERVICE TO THE MID-ATLANTIC

Staffing seven major hospitals in the Mid-Atlantic Region, Radiology Associates anticipates continued demand for the services it provides. The group is committed to building on the traditions of service and technological innovation established by its founding pioneers.

Since the early days when Wilhelm Roentgen discovered X-rays and of Dr. Talley, the founder of Radiology Associates of Richmond, radiology has become an increasingly powerful tool for both the diagnosis and treatment of medical conditions once considered almost beyond the reach of medicine.

Continuing developments in computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging and new interventional techniques are thresholds to the future of Radiology. Radiology Associates intends to be a part of that future, and continues to expand its staff with physicians qualified to use these new developments for the benefit of the patient.

The Wingspan stent opens blocked arteries and quickly restores blood flow to brain tissue which assists in prevention of further strokes.
